Our get-to-know-us prices for your holiday
Each chalet can also be rented with a separate room for an extra charge of 40.00 – 60.00 € per person with private bathroom.
Children from 0-3 years stay for free. If you travel with less luggage, ask for the free baby or child equipment. For each additional person in the chalet apartment 25.00 – 50.00 € will be charged.
From 1 January 2024, a local tax of 3.20 € per person per night will be charged. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.
We will be happy to pick you up at the train station in Mals on the day of your arrival - just let us know. If required, we can also handle the daily shopping for you!
We would be pleased if you could plan your journey so that you can occupy your chalet from 3 pm. On the day of your departure, please leave your chalet swept clean, with clean crockery, by 9:30am.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are frustrating for both sides, but sometimes unavoidable. In case of an early cancellation up to 1 month before arrival there will be no cancellation costs, if we can rent the chalet apartment. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge 50%. In case of an earlier departure, a later arrival or a no-show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
